Our clients, Lauren, Royce & Braeden Bantham, are planning a three month mission trip to Guatamala! They will be traveling with other students from Christ For The Nations Institute (CFNI) to work with Calvary International in their Timothy Internship program. Lauren and Royce will be spending part of their time in the classroom, and the rest of the time they will be doing field studies. They expect to spend time with locals and work in hospitals and with children in the area.
They're bringing their son, Braeden, along for the ride. Braeden will celebrate his 5th birthday while they are gone. He's going to miss his grandma while he's traveling abroad, but the children in Florez are so excited to have a new playmate!
We're really proud of Lauren and Royce and we asked them how we could best support them. Lauren says that they definitely need prayer support, but they are also lacking in the financial support arena. Their trip has been paid in full, but they are in need of monies to cover their monthly bills while they are away. I asked Lauren if it would be ok to share this information via our blog and she agreed.
